Timothy Daniel occupies a rare musical space where POP and INTEGRITY harmonize triumphantly at last. This San Francisco based songwriter draws from an unconventional sense of structure, progression, and arrangement which will refract aural shards of soundscapes ranging from the likes of Duncan Sheik, Fiona Apple, and Ben Folds to Brian Wilson, John Mayer, and David Bowie.

"Better Than Truth (Limited Edition)" is Timothy's independent debut album. Television, surrender, mortality, voluntary delusion, and womanizing circus performers are among the topics explored in the 11 songs on "Better Than Truth". The cleverly crafted lyrics are delivered over plush blankets of shimmering harmony and lush string arrangements. The clean and sizable production is well grounded by some of the most inventive songwriting and guitar work on the pop music scene today. The record was produced by Timothy Daniel, London-based David Peters, and Brooklyn's power popsters "The Animators" during the winter of 2005. It contains 11 songs written in this newcomer's first year composing original music. Suffice it to say, this is only the very beginning for Timothy Daniel and music lovers everywhere.
