STEP ONE Please enclose in your package: MUSIC Please submit songs on CD only. Minimum of 3 songs required. BIO (or some kind of text) We would prefer text submitted on IBM formatted disk, saved as .txt or .doc. However, we will accept decipherable, handwritten or typed documents. What you submit to us is generally how you will appear within these pages. Therefore, we advise you to take some time with your text. How would you like to be perceived? What is your story? How would you describe your music? We will add our own personal "A&R Online recommends" review on your web page. Should you be selected you can count on a positive one! PRESS REVIEWS (if applicable) Include one or two short, one or two sentence reviews from magazines, bearing in mind that quoting longer than two sentences online is illegal. PHOTO You can submit a hard copy of your photo. However, this will not be returned to you unless you include a stamped, self addressed envelope. Alternatively, you can submit your image(s) on IBM floppy disk saved as .jpg or .gif. Please send highest quality image(s) available. What we get is all we can use! Artist assumes responsibility for the accuracy of the content featured throughout web area.

STEP TWO Please enclose in your package: FEE There is a $10.00 submission fee to have your music reviewed. Please make your check or money order payable to A&R Online. STEP THREE Please enclose in your package: SUBMISSION FORM Click here to print out your submission form. Fill out and include with your package.

STEP FOUR Check that you have enclosed the following in your package. Important! We cannot examine your submission without: CD Bio (or some kind of text) Photo Check for $10.00 (or print out credit card receipt you received in your e-mail) Submission release form Send your submission to: A&R Online submission dept P.O. Box 1993, Studio City, CA 91614 USA.

When we have examined your submission, you will receive an e-mail with a login and password to download "So You Think You Want A Record Deal" and "The Complete Record Label Database" (unless you pay by credit card, in which case you will receive this info within 24 hours). Should we select you for front page showcasing, we will contact you again with further details.

If you have already purchased these e-books and would still like to submit a package for front page showcasing, please send an e-mail to us with your group or professional name. We will then match your e-mail address with ours on file, send you a confirmation and you can submit free of charge.
